This design featuring a 632 sq.ft floor area on the ground floor and a 576 sq.ft floor area on the first floor introduces you to the residence with a beautiful sitout carved out on the north east corner of the building. Once you enter the residence the dedicated living room offers a formal cum family living ambience that easily extends to the dining hall and kitchen. The staircase in between the living room and dining hall is well hidden from the entrance as well as the living room guests. Additionally, there is a bedroom with an attached bathroom towards the south west of the building compliant to vastu standards. On the first floor, the bedroom layout is maintained with the toilet brought towards the north.
